Refund policy

We would like you to be completely satisfied with your order. For prints, we will issue replacements for damaged or defective items upon receipt and acceptance of evidence of the problem. 

For original artworks or hand-embellished prints, we will only issue refunds for damaged orders, upon receipt and acceptance of the item having the problem. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you will need to notify us at info@supersavvytravelers.com within 48 hours of receiving the order, stating the reason for the request, and provide acceptable evidence showing the damage or defect. If your request for a return is accepted, you will be responsible to ship the item back.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received evidence of the defect or problem, or the returned product in the case of an original artwork or hand-embellished print, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@supersavvytravelers.com.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

We are not responsible for orders returned by the shipper because of a wrong shipping address, a shipment rejected by the recipient, or an unclaimed shipment.
